"Recently stayed here for 6 days and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy with great communication before our trip/ We had no issues come up during our stay. We were a party of 5 adults, 2 couples and one single, including a few in their 70s and 80s. It was really nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. My dad (in 80s) stayed in the bunk bed room on main floor and had no issues getting in and out of the lower bed, although it is a bit low to the ground. The kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms were well stocked, beds were comfortable and there was a ton of room for all of us. We didn't even use 2 of the bedrooms! The price was great as well, especially for all the room we had. The driveway is very steep, so if you walk around the neighborhood, you do have quite a climb back up. But it was a very nice area, with nice streets to walk around in. We felt very safe and you really can't beat that gorgeous view. The wraparound porch is great for taking it all in, plus you can see the mountains from the dining room and one of the upstairs bedrooms. Magical! "

"Forget about security. My room’s door was so loose, you can take a spackle knife to open the door, and the deadbolt doesn’t line up to the jamb so was essentially useless, just as much as was the maintenance man was when I asked him to check it and he wouldn’t even look at it see if he could fix it. Housekeeping could have replaced the empty toilet paper with a new roll. The heating unit didn’t work."

"Great room on the 2nd floor, but NO elevator on property. Stairwells are at the end of each floor in the corners of the building. The room itself was great. The bathroom was configured strangely. The shower was a little cramped but the shower head water speeds and water pressure were awesome."

"We arrived at 8:15 and confirmed at the front desk that the restaurant is open till 10:00. However, they closed early. We were very disappointed."

"We were put in a pet room. I asked not to be put in that room and the receptionist said she could not change it because thst is what expedia had booked. I dont have pets and did not request that so if that is an automatic booking through expedia that needs to be changed."
