"Great stay overall. Happy hour and breakfast were great! The room was clean and everything was very smooth for check-in and anything that was needed. My only complaint is about the elevators. They should really think about how to make that more efficient. You’ll wait for a long time for the elevator."
"A tidy, clean and well appointed apartment located on the ground floor of a home in a residential neighborhood. Occupants enter by walking a stone path to the rear of the home. Lovely wooded backyard makes for a nice view from back patio. The host is first rate. Very communicative and kind. Ideal for the two night stay we had. We would return if back in Concord area again."
"Ok so this listing is advertised as being “in the downtown area” so you would assume it to be in a nice neighborhood. But it is not. The neighborhood is full of boarded up houses and vagrant people just walking around constantly. Also the host advertised that this location slept 3 people and had a “pull out bed” in the living room sofa, neither were true no extra bedding for the 3rd guest he slept with no cover. Couch was just a couch. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Chipped tile heading into the restroom sliced my partners foot open as well. 3 stars. It was clean INSIDE, well cooled and well lit. Would not return. "

"We were in town for a soccer tournament for my son, The house was in a great location for us having to travel to 2 different field locations. This house is exactly what is listed on the app. The beds were comfortable, Me, my son and our friends slept well. It's quiet neighborhood and a great house. We will look this place up for our future Charlotte/Concord trips. Also, a special Thank you to the host Jenny, She responded to all of my messages promptly and made check-in a breeze. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling thru the Concord area. "
