The spacious living and dining area spans 40 m2 and serves as the heart of the property, offering direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The first bedroom measures 10 m2 and features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom, also 10 m2, is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it well suited for children or additional guests. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The property also includes a kitchenette fitted with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. Please be aware that the 1st floor is mostly closed and uninhabited. Access from the parking lot to the apartment is via 7 steps.
