"The room was a great set up and view of ocean was perfect."

"Resturant was good- clean friendly staff. The decor was average. Ceiling tiles need replacement as yellowed. Over Easter end ppl next to us very loud - we moved our room. Then 3 am men running back and forth in hall. No security card to get into elevators? No security to remove ppl that are obnoxious!!!"

"breakfast was fine. our room was in the annex, so we were across the street from the beach. only real complaint was there was a $10 parking fee per night and we were not guaranteed a parking spot. some had to park on the street."

"Stayed in the room with a kitchen, which had 2 doors to enter; however one was obstructed. The "kitchen" didn't have working hot water at all. When I notified staff at the desk 2 times, they acted shocked. Based on other reviews this has been reported previously. Wasn't able to check in until after official check in time. Primary room has a keurig and mini-refrigerator, which turned off with the main light switch so there went our leftovers. The room was barely swept; hair that didn't belong to anyone in our party in the bathroom and rug in the kitchen. Food was also left/ not cleaned out of the cabinets. We were there during off-season so perhaps that don't have regular staff, but no hot water made the kitchen feature useless."
