Year round Crystal Lake cottage, newly remodelled 4br/1ba, w/sandy beach!
- Located on the South shore of Crystal Lake with 60 feet of sandy beach, this newly remodeled 4 BR/1BA (w/separate room w/double vanity) comes to you with a deck, fireplace, laundry, and wonderful lakefront views from the deck or beach itself. The four bedrooms include 2 x Queen, 1 x Bunk & Twin & 1 x Full are all on the 2nd floor. Plenty of room between the house and beach to relax on the hammock or roast marshmallows in the fire pit (don't have to worry about cars and kids!). Interested in setting up horseshoes or badminton? No worries, plenty of room. A charcoal Weber grill is also available for use. Conveniently located half way between Frankfort & Beulah and minutes from area attractions such as Crystal Mountain, Point Betsie, biking trails and Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore.
Smoking is prohibited. Beds have pillows, mattress pads & blankets. Pillow cases, sheets & towels are NOT Provided and must be brought with you. Sorry, no watercraft is available for use.

Friday morning is trash day. Trash to be brought out Thursday night, placed in a yellow bag and put inside a black trash can.
Trash cans are to be brought outside of the fenced area near others.
Please put house keys back in the key lock box located on the garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
