"We loved our stay here. Not your typical cookie cutter hotel. Had an old yet modern vibe and the rooms had a lot of character and were very clean. Staff was amazing, parking was simple. I couldn’t say enough good things. Highly recommend."

"Front desk clerk not very friendly. Also recommend that guests be offered a discount on daily parking. Close to Target field and Target center. "

"My stay at the Westin was amazing due to the outstanding attention and care of the front desk staff. They helped me get acquainted with the area, addressed my questions and concerns, and put me at ease as I was unfamiliar with the area (I was in town for my nephew’s graduation). The room I was in during my stay was clean, bright, and light with a wonderful view. Overall, I was more than satisfied with the Westin! I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town."

"I asked for a receipt after paying for my room at the hotel and was told I could not have one as I booked thru Expedia. Expedia says that I should Get a receipt at the hotel because I paid at the hotel and NOT thru Expedia"

"I reserved 2 rooms and both rooms had a foul odor. One room smelled like marijuana and the other room smelled musty. I told the staff and they couldn’t move me to another room but they did offer some febreeze spray and that helped."

"The property is currently undergoing a complete interior renovation so there was construction debris and noise during my stay, and the advertised Fitness Center was closed. I assume whenever that’s done that conditions will improve, But one of the bottles of shower products was empty and the “Kleenex” box only had two tissues left with no refill in the room. Seemed like the property was a bit overly concerned about guests pilfering supplies. The breakfast was quite good however."

"Room wasn’t clean. Items from previous guest still in room. Door battery was constantly broken. Wasn’t fixed until checkout. Bar wasn’t sufficiently staffed. Bartender did not want to wait on tables. Wasn’t busy in there, yet he made guests feel like it was an inconvenience to be sitting at the table. In the morning when trying trying to get back into room but couldn’t, due to battery issue, had to wait because front desk didn’t have a radio to get in contact with maintenance. Then the front desk girl acted as if we were the problem when waiting on valet parking. Had no clue that the front door wasn’t where I pick my truck up at. All in all, I won’t recommend this establishment nor will I ever stay here again. "
