Checked in with friends - the staff acted very coldly towards us. Went up to room, could not get in, door would not work. Went down to lobby, they insulted my intelligence by telling me “the door does not open on its own”. Went back up after no help, had to slam my entire body weight against the door to get in. Shortly after - my friends send me a picture and a call showing and saying that they found bed bugs in their bed. Disgusted, we checked our bed to find no less than 3 bugs. We packed quickly, mortified, and went down to check out, where they told us when it came to a refund “we will do what we can.”. We were able to find another hotel that night and left at about 10:30 PM. It has been two days, and it has been radio silence. Hoping to hear back and get a refund for our two nights.
