The hotel is well-located and the rooms upscale. Our only problem was we had two reservations. We indicated 3 people in one room and two in the second room. When we arrived, the hotel insisted on charging three people in the second room and would not consider refunding the difference between a two person room and a three person room. Our hotel.com confirmation, clearly stated FIVE people, not six. And, when the first room checked in and said the second room was for two people not three, the hotel responded (in essence), "Too bad." When the second room people arrived and said there were only two people in the room, the hotel similarly responded TOO BAD. Well, it's TOO BAD we stayed in the customer-unfriendly hotel. We cannot recommend it and encourage others not to stay there.
