Great little hotel, perfect for a family wishing to visit the zoo and Frankfurt in general, Pizza Hut near by, one stop from the city centre on the U Bahn

The hotel was very nice and the lady that checked me in was very helpful. We were only staying for one night and it looks like an excellent spot to jump on the public transportation. The only downside, which I knew going in, was that the rooms do not have air conditioning.

The hotel could do with some fresh furnishings and paints and such. But it’s clean, safe, perfectly located and (at leat for my stay) extremely cheap. Value for money a 10. Just don’t expect a luxury suite.

Good accomodation for my purpose (attending a seminar for a couple of days nearby). It's great that the zoo and many good restaurants are so close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I would have is that the water in the shower didn't go away easily and that it's a curtain rather than glass (curtain was partially not hanging properly and let the water through. I've raised that point at the reception and they were going to look into it. I didn't try the breakfast, as I bought what I needed for the day in the small bakery at Friedberger Anlage (which is really good!)

Ich habe einen Tag übernachtet und das reicht. Das Bett war sehr unbequem und Kissen war extrem schlecht/unangenehm. Das Hotel ist neben den Zoo U-bahn Station und 5 Minuten von Ostendstraße Station S-Bahn entfernt.

Erittäin epämukavat sängyt. Vastaanoton henkilökunta tympeää, eivät auttaneet esimerkiksi tavaroiden kantamisessa kun hissi hajosi ja piti päästä 4 kerrokseen matkatavaroiden ja 1 vuotiaan kanssa. Myös aamupalan maksullisuutta peiteltiin. Kirjautuessa sanottiin aamupalan kellonaika, mutta ei sitä ettei se kuulu majoitukseen. Hintaa ei ilmoitettu myöskään aamupalalla vaan vasta kotiin lähtiessä.

Only very bad was ,I paid 3nights ,by my own mistake .but ,even this one day I had about 4 contacts with the room service . I was not able to explain the Situation . Sehr günstig, einfach aber sauber,

Ich habe nach einer Übernachtung und dem Check-Out später noch eine weitere Nacht gebucht. Das zweite Zimmer war wohl früher ein Raucherzimmer und hatte Teppichboden (das Zimmer in der Nacht davor Laminat). Wenn man wie ich etwas empfindlich gegen Rauchgeruch ist, stört das, obwohl alles sauber war. Man sollte bei der Buchung oder beim Check-In darauf achten, was ich aber versäumt hatte.

Das sehr günstige Hotel war sauber, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Gemessen an dem Preis war ich mit allem insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
