Poor quality at high price

I was quite disappointed by the hotel - there was no wi-fi in my room, had to work on my computer at the lobby (which is very small and cold). And there was no breakfast - the place where it was supposed to be served was shut down. For the money I paid I expected much more - the hotel increased the price because of the important fair in the city, but without delivering the proper service.

Alles war sehr gut obwohl die Einrichtung nicht neu war, waren die Zimmer sehr gepflegt. Schlüsselsystem ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ansonsten ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

Sehr gut vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Absolut ruhige Lage!!! Rezeption auch nachts immer besetzt. Schlecht: Der Seitentrackt im 1. Zwischengeschoß (bei uns Zi 5) roch nach Chlor! Öffnete man das Fenster roch man Bratfettdunst von einem Restaurant. Wir haben anstandslos sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Oben in den Hauptgeschossen alles tip top. Schöne moderne Einrichtung, schöner Ausblick, gute Betten. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Preis / Leistung sehr gut. Main, Straßenbahn gut erreichbar.

おもてなしが最高。のんびり旅には最適。

駅からは遠いのでタクシーが必要です。 車でのアクセスであれば駐車場もあるので問題ありません。 街の中心街からは歩いて10分ぐらいのところに位置していますが、逆に静かで良いと思います。 チェックインではシャンパンでお出迎え。 部屋にもウェアカムワインがありと、この上ないおもてなし。 部屋の家具はアンティーク調。部屋は清潔です。バスタブがあるよので疲れが取れます。 街も気に入り、また、必ず泊りに来たいと思いました。
