Do not recommend
Warning about location, it’s kinda at the border between the city side and train station side (where there are many many homeless people and drug addicts). Although the room was clean, everthing was very old. There is no AC in the rooms and the temperature and humidity are unbearable. We had the room facing the main street and the room was really very hot. Do not recommend overall

This hotel is in downtown Frankfurt. It is within walking distance of the old city and also the train station. There is onsite parking for 10 Euro a day. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had is that reception closes after 1030 pm and there is a door immediately to the left to enter. However, the sign is only in German. They just need to add a sign in English as well. I ended up calling to find out how to enter with my key. Other than that, everything was fine.

This was my second stay here, close to the main train station and attractions. Many restaurants in the area, mainly Middle Eastern though. If you are desiring traditional German faire, go to the Romerplatz area.

Travelled with three friends, so this fulfilled our needs. although one room was quite a bit larger than the other. Basic at the moment (no bar or restaurant during Covid-19), but comfortable. Location (near train station) is convenient for exploring the city on foot; there were a few "undesirables" on the streets in the evenings, but they weren't bothering tourists, as far as I could tell. Some decent bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

Good budget hotel near Hauptbahnhof
It is a budget hotel and some items a bit dated, but it is very clean, central, double rooms are big, all rooms have mini-bar and safe, comfortable bed. Decent breakfast for the price.

Nice clean place. Small elevator. Only 2 complaints were that the flat sheet they used as a fitted sheet was too small and I always found that it had come off during the night and I was sleeping on the mattress itself. Second, the doors don't have any inside locking device and one morning the maid walked in while I was still in bed.

The service was horrible. I booked for two adult and a child and they only gave us one doble my husband has to sleep in the floor. They said that they don’t have other rooms.They need to paint the walls and do a lot of date. But the hotel is very close to the center.

The receptionist at the time of checkout asked me to pay for the room whereas the paper she showed to me clearly said that it's pre-paid. On explaining to her that I have already paid, she showed me another paper where she seems to have charged gues on checkout even after prepayment. I find it suspicious as to why hotel would ask for payment and then say it's fine when we explain to them. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and room clean, excellent location. Good Value for money. Bed could be more comfortable though.

Based on factors I consider important where I stay, Value for money, Staff, cleanliness, location, facilities I would rate this hotel very highly, of course a little wear and tear shows but that can happen in the most expensive hotels, they do 'take a bashing' from time to time. but the points I highlight were very good, especially the staff whom I believe can make or break a hotel stay, even when there are problems good staff can make things good again. There was only one minor problem during a stay, the lift broke down but was quickly fixed while we were out, (it could have been a problem as our room was on the 6th floor), there is a little noise from the trams outside but nothing that stopped us sleeping and there were some noisy guests on one night (a group of younger guests who were occupying about 4-5 rooms) Facilities are good, no kettle but that is common in Western Europe, there is a fridge and the heating was excellent as was the bathroom, the room is large and the bedding great providing a comfortable sleep. Location is excellent 5-10 mins walk from the main railway station, many nearby shops, 5-10 minutes walk from the main City Centre, the Old Town and the River but also with a tram stop just a few metres from the hotel entrance. There is a small bar and breakfast room, breakfast is seldom well priced and is a self-service continental buffet with an excellent staff member taking care of things

room 63 mattress stunk of pure feet, when I addressed this to the staff they did not response with an intense desire to correct the issue. I am not sure if the mattress was replaced.

Pleasant stay
The hotel was easy to find and close to the city centre. Very big and clean room. Nice breakfast. All staff was friendly apart from a lady that was quite slow in servicing us and a bit distant but we would stay again.

Get some air conditioning installed...
Stayed in room 23. Plus points - Rooms clean, basic but functional and good wifi reception. Good location for the railway station. Negatives - "Air conditioning" turned out to be a desk fan, awful pillows and uncomfortable beds led to a poor nights sleep. Contractors to the rear of the building started extremely noisy construction work at 0715hrs. Fire doors to stairwells propped open with bins - a clear fire risk.

Good hotel. Near the train station. Not fancy but I found it excellent. It is very clean and the staff was great. I would like to thank them for a good stay. I can recommend this hotel and I will stay there again when in Frankfurt.
