It's just OK which is perfect for what I wanted. It's a clean, safe and comfortable. Staff was very nice. The room is very basic but I slept great. But the location is fantastic! This is a very nice place for someone who wants to get out and explore. I would stay here again.

Bed was absolutely horrible, and they only give you one pillow per person. In general the experience for one last night before traveling back home was pretty awful. The breakfast was also bad the coffee was totally burnt. There were still people there from the night before still drinking. Wouldn’t recommend even for someone who needs a single night commuting in Frankfurt.

Hotel was fine, but not for us. We're a family of two adults and a child under ten. Rooms lacked what we assumed were standard features: safe, fridge, space to store clothes, etc. I can see how the hotel would appeal to a younger crowd, lobby had music, cool design, drinks, games. But we wanted a hotel city center to unwind and the lack of amenities made it challenging. Staff were friendly but almost too relaxed.

Moxy Frankfurt weekend stay
Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The lounge area has a relaxed and social feel. They also make an excellent negroni. The beds are a bit firm and there is limited storage. Ok for a short visit leaving stuff in a suitcase but might be more difficult for a longer trip if you want to unpack. Location is excellent. Very close to the centre and shopping. Overall, a great stay

Was in Frankfurt for the Christmas market and this was virtually on the doorstep, which was good. Hotel has a young traveller vibe - I'm a middle aged woman so would have appreciated a more comfortable lounge/bar area; a wardrobe, or at least more hanging space & cupboards, in the bedroom; tea/coffee facilities in the room. Staff were friendly.

Christmas in Frankfurt
A 2 day trip for the Christmas Market & Ice Hockey. Great location only 3 mins walk to the top of the market. Friendly staff, efficient check in, very clean. Continental buffet breakfast was good, although no croissants left with 1hr remaining. Indusrial look & design to Moxy, but bare looking. Only 1 pillow each, but remedied quickly on request. Small shower room. Have stayed in Moxy Memphis where the rooms are far better equiped & styled, also more games in bar area. We did have the best time. 🎄🎅

We booked this hotel to enjoy the opening of the Frankfurt Christmas Markets. The location was very convenient and walkable to all attractions and dining. The staff was very professional and helpful in many ways throughout our short stay. The property was very unique and "qwerky", but that was what attracted us to the property! Unfortunately, the room size was disappointing. With an American name brand (Marriott Bonvoy). We expected a larger room.

This hotel is in the center of shopping area. It was next to a shopping center with loads of dining options and grocery store. The hotel’s lobby was chic and modern. It created this inviting area for people to work or have a nice drink with friends before calling a day. It is also just one train away from the international Airport. Would love to stay there again next time.

Nice place with friendly staff. Very 'modern' with a lot of bare or graffiti-style painted concrete. Perfectly pleasant place for a short stay in central Frankfurt. Rooms are clean, bed comfy, and the shower is hot. Only real negative is complete lack of wardrobes or drawers in the bedroom, just 3 or 4 hangers hooked into a sort of wire rack attached to the wall. Overall, decent place for a short stay.

Great location BUT noisy at night due to city traffic (hotel right on well traveled street) and youth who seem to use alley way as a popular “hang out” spot. Room got a bit stuffy as A/C didn’t seem to cool the room down.

Terrible property. Step up from a hostel. No safe or closer. Beds were hard as a rock. Charges 30 Euro to check in early even though the room was ready.

The staff at reception Omid (?) was so very helpful & accommodating after our 30 hr travel from Australia. Our room wasn’t ready for check-in but he gave us another room to relax and put our feet up until our room was ready. This small gesture was such a huge help after long tiring travel.

Location was great, but entrance was difficult to find due to lack of signage; always strong smell of stale fried food when entering hotel, parking for Moxy not clear but when we found the parking area, it was new, bright, clean and safe feeling, huge lockers for storaging luggage after checking out, no coffee or water in room, 3 hangers for clothes, no ironing board, dimly lit room, but the room is very spacious, window that opens in room, huge comfy bed, clean room, shampoo, soap and conditioner, good hairdryer, small bathroom. I would recommend for younger travelers.
