"Loved everything about this hotel -- location and the room itself was so cute. The only issue I had was there was some miscommunication regarding an issue we needed resolved. The reps from the hotel texted back and forth with me about it before we left, but the issue was never solved really. They did call later to try to follow up, but we were already on our way. I did appreciate the effort to follow up though. Overall, a nice place."

"Very welcoming staff at the front desk. Very convenient location- it was easy to go back and forth to Acadia Nat’l Park. The breakfast was very good as well. There is a small laundry on site but I did not use it- the machines are $2 per wash. The room was on the smaller size; I would expect slightly larger rooms in rural areas- we are not in NYC. The furniture shows wear and tear but all functional- that’s where it lost one star. I recommend it."

"The location was great! We could walk to everything. Room was clean except for the shower. It was full of hair...walls, drain, etc. The staff was so nice!! They even offered to go to the store and buy me dairy-free milk for my tea. Loved the free water bottles available in the lobby. They offered snacks and (not-so-good) coffee there too. Would have preferred a Keurig in the room. Plenty of parking! Staff let us park early too."
