"Room was hot. Water was not hot. It was ok."

"The experience wasn’t exceptionally awful, but the room was ridden with ants eating crumbs and the shower/toilet flooded and leaked into the room directly below. Staff was relatively attentive, but definitely not communicative. I had asked for a 12pm checkout and the front desk said no problem yet at 11am I was woken up by housekeeping, I also was interrupted in my room by maintenance saying my TV wasn’t working even though it was and I hadn’t called or made any complaint about it not working. It worked fine. "

"Laundry was fine. Parking was fine. The room was OK, but there was practically zero surface area to put anything down. The coffee machine may as well have been nonexistent as it was in a bottom cabinet under the TV and would’ve had to be moved somewhere else to be used and there was nowhere to put it. The bathroom was way too big. It was half the size of the room."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful! Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Carpeting is dirty and needs replacement. Wall and ceiling in the room were stained. Tea bags in the lobby had only black and one green tea option. There were no decaf or soothing, night time teas. "
