Located within Sanctuary Village, a master-planned residential community, this bright, comfortable two-bedroom cottage provides an inviting place to relax after a day in Franklin or the surrounding mountains. When you prefer to stay close to home and unwind, enjoy the private back porch and the outdoor spaces throughout the community.

The cottage is just a few blocks from Historic Main Street and the Little Tennessee River Greenway. From here, you can walk to locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, boutiques, museums, and seasonal festivals and events. The cottage accommodates up to four guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. The bright, open floor plan connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it easy to spend time together. The living area includes a leather sofa, leather recliner, and television with YouTube TV. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and includes a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, electric range with oven, microwave, compact dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and basic kitchen essentials.
