"Kim and Karen are AMAZING! Not only were they efficient, they were so nice and Karen even called after we got to the room to make sure it was okay. I've never had anyone do that before. This is the second time staying there and it was perfect. We will be back again next summer and we'll definitely be staying there."
River Valley Retreat, paddlers & peddlers paradise on the Allegheny river

"This property is so perfect. We were attending the "Rock in the River" stone-skipping contest. It was a five minute walk away and walking distance to downtown restaurants. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the front porch and spent time in the river on provided rafts. Ryan is a great host. We will be back!"

"Room was beautifully remodeled, was a nice surprise. The water pressure was awful, like trying to wash your hair in a summer rain shower. Had the water temp not been so high, pressure would have been better. Had to turn the hot down so low to not scald myself that water hardly came out of the shower head. Bed was comfortable, room was very nice"

"We spent two nights in The Manor building of the inn. The room felt like it had been decorated recently and was quite spacious and comfortable and cost effective There were plenty of places to sit and a large walk in shower. Great bed The inn provides a large tasty breakfast with three menu choices. It was served promptly and hot Only things the room lacked were a dresser or couple of shelves and complementary shampoo All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would gladly go back"

"We loved this spot so much! The only downside is we were very surprised with 2 night stay in a 3 bedroom there was no backup toilet paper supply at all, in either bathroom, so our guests (just our adult kids so they survived) were left with Kleenex use at the end of stay in the half bath. Also, thankfully we had paper towels in our car that we brought in to refill as that also had no backup stock. Otherwise great stay, lovely unit, close to great downtown sites, very clean, fancy high tech main bath, open main living area and well stocked kitchen for cooking! "
