"View from the balcony was beautiful. We love the water and love boats. unusual and most welcome was the number of outlets for chargers. We have hearing aids, toothbrushes, phones, Apple watch, etc. The only shortcoming was the continental breakfast. Prepackaged muffins and pastries are poor quality. We were disappointed with those."

"This property was perfect for a college friends get together. We only left the house once for a bite to eat. Lounged and enjoyed the views and the games in the closet beneath the stairs. The master bedroom is exceptional and guests may want to arm wrestle for it. It was not an issue whatsoever for our group but the back deck with Bay views has a fair amount of foot traffic from neighbors because it is for public use and folks definitely walk their pets at all hours so flashlights were a common occurrence. We were delighted. The neighborhood is friendly and accessible and you have access to groceries, wine, whatever you could need in under 10-12 minutes. 100% absolutely recommend!"

"The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. "

"My Husband and I stayed here between 7/27 to 7/30/2025 on our trip through Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland. The camper was lovely and, honestly, it was more modern than some of the house in our home town. It was beautiful and was a wonderful stay! We were really shocked at how it felt more like we were staying in a house than a trailer! The hosts provided a clean, comfortable, and unique stay for us, information about launching necessities in the area, and were professional and kind. We really loved our stay here and appreciate the hospitality!"
