"We were in town to move our daughter into the UofA. We chose this property based on proximity to campus and prior good reviews. The house is very clean, and very well kept. Quiet neighborhood that was close to everything we needed. The owners had great communication and left an information packet describing the house, operation of any appliances, and check out procedures. Would highly recommend to anyone. "
