"Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute. Host (who lives in the main house next door) is very courteous and responds almost instantly. Would definitely stay there again."

"Overall a nice experience there was a few flaws but Nicole was always available to contact when needed and was kind enough to help find a solution/compensate for those things. Definitely recommend this place for bigger gathering theres lots of space and activities to take part in."
