Fresh Tracks @ Peak View Ridge

  • Fresh Tracks is about launching new adventures & that won`t disappoint. It`s where memories are waiting to be created, connections are deepened, & nature is just steps away.

    A short walk to town - grab morning coffee, shop boutique shops, or sip a margarita on the patio at happy hour. Take in a concert, stop for a picnic lunch by one of the fire pits, or walk along the river trail.

    A few steps in the other direction, are several hiking & biking trails. Leave the car at home & enjoy!

    Built in 2026, this brand new home will take your breath away. Perched on the ridge, with floor to ceiling windows are a looking glass to the majestic views of the ski resort and forest. Views from the 2 expansive decks, from the gourmet kitchen, living room, and luxurious primary bedroom.

    What makes this stylish home unique?

    - location walkable to town and the main concert venue in town
    - steps to the shuttle stop, park, playground, and trail heads

    The space is all yours!

    Access the house with the garage keypad. The garage is available for one car. Two additional cars can park in the driveway. There is visitor parking close to the home that provides another space for parking.
    To make this property affordable and reasonable for small groups there is an extra guest fee of $15 per person after 2 people.

    A BBQ is provided at the house, however, please be aware that we do not refill propane. We will reimburse you if you need to fill the propane. If you will arrive late, local stores may be closed or if it`s a holiday may run out of propane so it is advised to bring your own propane tank. if you plan to use the BBQ on the day of arrival.

    Age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).

    For 28+ night stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply:
    - Refundable damage deposit is $100
    - Refundable cleaning deposit is $350
    - the cleaning fee is $290. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.

    Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review and accept.

    For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how immaculately clean the entire property was—it truly felt spotless and welcoming. The interior design is beautiful, perfectly balancing a cozy, mountain vibe with modern, high-end aesthetics. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and furnished for comfort. The amenities were equally impressive; the host provided everything we could need for a relaxing getaway, from a fully equipped kitchen to and welcoming outdoor spaces. To top it all off, communication with the host was seamless. They were proactive, friendly, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had, making the check-in and check-out process completely stress-free. If you are looking for a flawless, stylish, and comfortable mountain escape, this is the place to book. We will definitely be back!

This property was beautifully decorated and equipped with every imaginable utensil that you would ever need. It is a new facility and has two outdoor sitting areas. We absolutely loved our stay here!!

Thank you for sharing this brand new home!! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful new property in Winter Park. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and in pristine condition. The home feels fresh, modern and welcoming. The views from the patio area are breathtaking. It's clear the owners put a lot of care into creating a great guest experience and we look forward to returning during the Winter months for some great skiing in the area.
