Welcome, adventure awaits! We are excited to share our little mountain retreat with you. Our condo is conveniently located with a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to skiing during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season! We are steps away from the free Winter Park shuttle bus line, we are located on the Fraser River Trail, and right behind a Safeway Grocery store for food/wine/liquor. Our unit is within walking distance of all of the bars and restaurants in Fraser and a skip away from downtown Winter Park. This 1-bedroom, a 1-bathroom vacation rental is perfect for a quick mountain getaway. We have in-unit laundry, complimentary toiletries, and a full kitchen. The Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests surround the location, providing fantastic views and endless fun. We are also only 40 minutes from Grand Lake for some fun summer lake days or 20 minutes to Granby for some fun mountain biking runs. So what are you waiting for? Pack your gear and head on over to a stress-free vacation in the mountains!
The living room offers an open floor plan with flat screen TV, gas fireplace, hardwood flooring, comfortable furnishings and plenty of windows to enjoy the mountain views from this second floor unit. A twin trundle bed offers a spot for extra sleeping.
The fully equipped kitchen offers new counter tops, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinetry and is open to the main living area for the cook too enjoy everyone’s company. There is seating at the main breakfast bar.
The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and flat screen TV. The main bathroom has been updated with new tile, flooring and vanity.
Amenities in unit: free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, outdoor parking and no air conditioning.
NO SMOKING AND NOT PETS. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or bring pets on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on or bring a pet in the property.

Comfy and cozy

Great ski condo, good location, perfect for our small family. We enjoyed the tastefully ski-themed decor and the user friendly condo/ area guide. Very clean, furniture, plumbing, appliances, and kitchen utensils in good condition. Only 2 blocks from groceries and the ski bus! Our favorite place in WP so far.

Short stay

In town from Minnesota to watch grandson play hockey at the Icebox in Frazier. Location was great, easy, and fun. The heated floors were delightful! Met our needs at reasonable price. The 6-8 inch snow really topped off the trip as well!! Would love to come again during ski season to see the runs.

Nice, but poor Internet

Well maintained, nice property in a great location. However, the Internet is horrible, it went out every 15mins. Once that is fixed it will be a 4 start property.Side note, we received a text that poor Internet is common in the mountains. That is not true. We have friends who live here and have been staying in Winter Park/Fraser for years and never had Internet problems.

Comfy pad!

This cute place was done so well! Disappointing not to have reliable internet! AC is down. The unit needs more lighting in living room and lamps by the bedside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
