Lil's Place - Happy Valley - K'gari (Fraser Island)

  • Lil's Place is situated in the small township of Happy Valley. Just a short walk to the beach but protected from the wind. The house is perfect for larger groups to a maximum of 10 persons with parking for 3 vehicles. With its state of the art Solar system complete with automatic backup generator, bring all the cold and frozen food you like to maximise your holiday.

    Inside, Lils has been recently renovated with large bedrooms, spacious living areas and modern furniture. Enjoy inside dinning at the large dinning room table or relax in the modern lounge room while catching the latest shows on the smart TV complete with Satellite TV.

    Alternatively why not cook up a storm on the beef master BBQ and enjoy dinner out on the large undercover outdoor deck. For breakfast, enjoy a coffee out on the observation deck and soak in the morning sun.

    Lil's Place comes fully equipped with a large Fridge Freezer in the Kitchen and an additional chest freezer in the laundry. The Kitchen has a gas stove and cook top as well as a 2 slice toaster and has every pot, pan, cup, plate and cutlery you could ever hope for in a holiday rental. Telstra mobile phone service is available and Lils place comes with complimentary Starlink WiFi.

    All you need to bring is bottom and top sheets, blankets, pillow cases and towels.

    ****Please Note**** . Lil's place like all holiday houses in Happy Valley requires a thorough Self Clean upon departure, failure to clean the house to standards will result in substantial bond deduction.

    Our Happy Valley property Managers can take care of any problems you might have and can provide any information you may need.

    Happy Valley is midway along the East Coast 70 Mile Beach. Close by are Inland Lakes, Rain Forests, Eli Creek for a fresh water swim, the Maheno shipwreck and plenty of fishing. Happy Valley is home to the Fraser Island Retreat, Bar\Bistro and Shop.

    A little further north and in easy reach are the Cathedral Coloured Sands, Indian Head and the Champagne Pools. There are many other attractions close by including Central Station and Moon Point (inland side).

The perfect house for our get away

Lil's Place was the perfect house for our two families to stay together on Fraser. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Hopefully we will be back again soon.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lil’s place. The outdoor shower made rinsing off after a sandy adventure so much easier and the house was well equipped for our group of 9. If you are looking for a large home for your family look no further. We can not wait to return to Lil’s place in the future!(Take bug spray for the marsh flies, they are relentless!)

We had a great week at Lil’s place! It’s a great location and a really great house for a family and grandparents! House was clean except for a fair bit of mould in all the sink drains which was causing a bit of a smell. And a bit of mould around the kitchen sink. Outdoor area was awesome! Property managers were great with information etc and owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back to Lil’s place.

Very happy in Happy Valley

Lils place is fabulous. We stayed 5 nights but wish it was longer. The house has everything you would need and more, it was extremely clean and spacious, easy to find, in a terrific location, has plenty of room, all the fans worked, the outdoor space was great for all meals. The garden is lovely, the lawns were freshly mowed and there is a hose supplied right next to the driveway to rinse off feet and the cars. Kev is the caretaker and a very helpful guy. He is there to help with any enquiry or advice on the best places to see. You certainly won't regret a stay at Lils place.

Haven for our family

We were grateful for this accommodation. Our days were long, sunfilled, and adventurous as we explored the island from Hook Point to Sandy Cove and across to Kingfisher Bay along with everything in between. It was wonderful to come back to Happy Valley and comfort of Lil's Place. The home was well set up for families. We had our adult children and partners plus our granddaughter and the shower was refreshing for the at-capacity household. The BBQ and cooking facilities were clean and functional and we were very comfortable We enjoyed the visiting goannas and leaf-tailed geckos the cicadas that visited in the evening. Thank you and we left Lil's Place as we found it.
