"Wow, what an amazing hotel and even better location!!!! The staff were unbelievably helpful, kind, and had such great energy!! We were greeted by Thomas who helped us during most of our stay and he is just wonderful!!! Thank you Thomas :) Pierre at the bar was great conversation and made amazing drinks! Okay, and the location…like could it be any better??? You are walking distance to all the best attractions and more!!! We will ABSOLUTELY come back and make sure to stay at Phoenix Copenhagen!!!! Thank you teaaaaam!!!!"
