"It was close to the train station (west) which I needed. Simple, fine rooms. Only small complaint is there is construction being done right outside, but that was not a major problem. "

"There was a good selection for breakfast. The location is close to the airport. I did not use the airport shuttle but it was offered to me. Checkout was at noon which is definitely a plus."

"Restaurant/bar service was terrible. When I asked the bar tender to change my drink because it tasted so stale, she said NO and charged me for the drink. Also, the food was terrible. I had a couple of bites from the hamburger I ordered and soon, told the bar tender to take it & throw it away. This time, I told the supervisor on duty at the bar about the disgusting food I just had, and he simply did not do anything! Also, when I took the hotel shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport, he dropped me off FAR from the airport entrance even though the road was open for him to take me there. Of course, he didn't speak a lick of English so you can't even ask him why he is dropping you off far from the airport entrance door! Terrible food & terrible service. Don't waste your money & time at that so-called hotel!!!"

"Staff at the front desk is unpleasant. When I booked my mom‘s the room I immediately texted the hotel that all is paid incl. breakfast and that mom should not be asked for any additional money at the time of checking in etc. Of course nobody „remember“ and the receptionist was adamant with the request that my mom pays upfront for bar use either 500zl or 100zl. Mom called me; I then talked over the phone with the receptionist and he still was pressing upfront payout incl. that he could send the link to pay to me. I was livid at that point. I asked to speak with the manager and mentioned that it is again the same story at this hotel. Eventually my mom signed the document that she will not be using anything from the room‘s bar. What the hotel did later was below 4-5 star hotel - they came and remove the room bar. I have never and my mom too, been treated at the top rated hotels like that. We will never stay in or recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Check in staff extremely helpful. Room is clean but very tired in terms of refurbishments. Nice to have a reasonably priced place to stay a night before an early flight from WAW."
