Welcome to this charming mid to long term rental home in Frederick.
This unique two-bedroom retreat has welcomed corporate and mid-term guests, as well as weekend and vacation stays, since 2006.
The home offers two queen bedrooms, each designed for comfort and a restful night’s sleep. Guests can enjoy a queen pop up sofa or gel topper sIngle fold out.
Fully furnished with linens, eclectic décor, and thoughtfully selected furnishings throughout. The updated kitchen is stylish and well equipped, with dining available at both the kitchen bar and the separate dining room.
Originally built in 1910 in the Mission style, the house has been tastefully updated while preserving its character. The primary bathroom features a shower and bidet for added comfort, and there is also a half bath on the first floor. Roku TVs are provided in each bedroom, along with high-speed internet and streaming service. One bedroom includes a desk, while the second has a portable desk.
If renting only one room, common spaces include the kitchen, dining room, and a second-floor area suitable for reading, stretching, or light exercise. If renting the house, it is all yours as a private, uninterrupted space.
The second floor also includes a utility refrigerator, single-cup Keurig, microwave, and basic dishware. Storage is generous, with a large hall closet for wardrobes and a hanging rack in one bedroom. Both rooms include chests of drawers, lamps, mirrors, blackout shades, drapery, and natural light.
Outside, guests can enjoy a distinctive garden-side space with a grill and a chiminea lounge area. One off-street parking space is included.

This house is excellent option for those moving into or out of Frederick, waiting for settlement or job changes.
A one-month minimum rental agreement is required. Longer stays can be available with host pre- approval and execution of a short-term rental agreement in addition to the VRBO agreement. Reservations longer than 29 nights require a one-month refundable deposit charged to the credit card on file, and the VRBO damage deposit also applies. Valid ID is required for adults.

One person company can rent the home to share with one other, and collect payment from a second guest directly, ID is required for all occupants. Corporate rental/payments must be made in one employees/name/ID. Payment can be made by the company. That guests will be required to leave a review after their stay.
The owner/host retains access to the home as needed, for cleaning and repairs as needed, except to rented bedrooms with 24 hour notice, unless emergency access is required.
