Nice place, but terrible to no communication
This review is honest! We arrived and the code did not work to get in. We called the on call contact number provided, we texted and we called. We emailed!!! No one. I repeat no one from the mgt team / property mgt group called us back. Their name is Union Hill Suites. We were outside for 30 minutes in below freezing temps trying to get access! The cleaning lady took pity and gave us her code to get in. I have never had this horrific experience! Ever. We continued to try all weekend to get them and emails bounced back, the contact number provided was not legit and no one answered our texts. The place was fairly clean inside. I will share that both trash and recycle outside were overflowing and blowing around the yard upon our arrival from prior tenants. Really? We had to pick up the prior people’s trash and recycle and put it all in the outside bins. The neighbors knocked on our door to inquire about the trash blowing all over the street. We proceeded to share that this was from prior renters! Also the microwave was dirty on the outside and the comforter in the main floor bedroom was dirty. This mgt team leaves a lot to be desired! The place itself is nice. But really, Vrbo needs to know what’s going on here! They get your reservation, send you emails and fail to deliver. Not having legit contact data is unprofessional. It’s a bait and switch feel! Proceed with intense caution!
