Mid Century modern house with open floor plan located in the very sought after Historic district just 2 blocks to Main Street. Once you park your car in the driveway you will be able to walk to all of the shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, and biergartens on Main Street. This beautiful modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath offers two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom all with premium linens for your comfort. Whether you choose to stay in and take advantage of the game room or venture to the back yard and enjoy playing a game of corn hole, or come back and relax around the fire pit with the wine you picked up at your favorite winery, 404 will be your favorite spot in the Burg!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Th is house is cozy and luxurious all in one. It was a perfect place to spend quality time with family, cook meals together and check out all Fredericksburg has to offer. Would absolutely stay again!

The house is very nicely done and decor is not overdone like some we've stayed at in FBGTX. Beds were very comfortable and walk-in showers were a big plus for us. Spent both nights outback by the firepit which we thoroughly enjoyed. We'd definitely stay here again.

Outstanding property!

This was our third visit to Fredericksburg, but our first stay at this outstanding property! From the moment we pulled up to the property, we were impressed! The exterior of the home is well maintained, and the inside is updated, spacious and clean! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s, and this property is by far one of the nicest! And, the location is an easy walk to downtown! Our next visit to Fredericksburg we will definitely stay at this property again!

Loved the house. We were there for just a short weekend and did not get to really enjoy cooking but a great kitchen with everything you need, adorably decorated, great outdoor area and fun games to entertain. Love this house!!!

Absolutely loved this house. It was a haven for us while waiting for our long term rental house. Great location near Main St. Creek Street is one of my favorite streets in Fredericksburg. All of the house decor and bedding were very cozy and comfortable. All in all a 10 out of 10!

Texas Memories

Our time in Fredericksburg was short but having our accommodations so close to Main St was a blessing. We were able to walk downtown easily to breakfast, dinner and shopping. We enjoyed the house. The fireplace provided such ambiance in the evenings while watching a Christmas movie. The beds were comfy and we loved the decor. Thanks for a memorable visit.

Perfect home for Girl's getaway!!!

Wine Country Getaway

This house was so cute and amazing for our family. The house was clean and beautifully decorated! It was walking distance to Main Street which we loved. When we got there, there was a battery issue with the front door and they were able to come out and fix it right away. The only thing I wish there was more of is mirrors, it could be a little tricky to get ready when there are 6 people and only 3 total mirrors. Overall we loved our stay!

Absolute Charmer

Fantastically redone cozy mid-century modern home with plenty of space and all the amenities you could need for a gathering of three couples. Huge backyard with covered patio area in addition to outdoor fire pit and cornhole. Comfy beds & plenty of closet space. Massive kitchen island area & new appliances. Tons of parking in the driveway / garage too. Would definitely rebook in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay as we come out here every December to see the Christmas parade, shop, wineries, destileries and enjoy all the wonderful festivities. This trip has turned into a Christmas tradition for us. The house was very nice and cozy with plenty of space inside and out. Was very conveniently located close to main so we could walk to the parade. It was also nice to have darts, shuffle board and a fire pit available. The indoor fireplace under the tv in the living room was very cool to have on at night and early in the morning having coffee or mimosas. Overall was a good experience and do recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Fredericksburg. We appreciate all the support from Absolute Charm as they were very accommodating. Thank you! Nicely appointed, beautiful living spaces, great location.... but musty

This place was a lovely space, all bedrooms were nice. There were no hangers in any of the 3 bedrooms, but they were delivered promptly when they were requested. The living space and bathrooms were all wonderful. Great outdoor space in the back and about 1/2 mile to main street Fredericksburg. I have allergies, so this may not be an issue for other renters, but it was very musty inside. You mostly noticed it when entering, but all my clothes took on the musty smell and even my small traveling kleenix packs absorbed the smell. When I got home, I had to wash everything I brought with me, including my suitcase nylon organizer bags, and air out my suitcase outside. Otherwise would get 5 stars. Again, not everyone might even be bothered by the musty smell.
