Amazing location in Downtown Fredericksburg! Directly across the street from Old Mill Park and the Rappahannock River Heritage Trail is just steps from your front door. Three fully finished levels to spread out on. The main level boasts hardwood flooring, open floorplan, and large kitchen with stainless appliances. Upstairs you'll find three nicely sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms that were recently remodeled in 2022. The lower level has a large recreation room with attached full bathroom. Could be used as a NTC fourth bedroom, theater room or home gym! Walk to Carl's, Mason-Dixon Cafe, or any of the other amazing restaurants and shops Downtown Fredericksburg has to offer!
