ATTENTION ANYONE IN NEED OF CORPORATE HOUSING! TRAVELING NURSES ETC! This amazing home is newly renovated and fully furnished! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, backyard with fire pit and grill, short distance from Main Street in Fredericksburg! This home has everything you could desire in a rental home. We take great pride in what we do and this home will definitely not disappoint. Safe neighborhood, centrally located, and is a perfect home away from home for any group! Short car ride to all of Fredericksburg's best wineries/vineyards. Enjoy all this city has to offer at our 2 story home. Sleeps up to 6 people! Note, a drip coffee maker and Keurig is available. No Pets! Our welcome guide will be sent to you 2/3 days prior to check in with address, access instructions, and additional information!

Cute house, good location

This house is in a newer development just south of Main Street. Being off the main road, it's quite quiet with hardly any road noise. Three bedroom, 2.5 bath. Perfect for families, couples or friends. Our group had 6 girls in it and there was plenty of room for us. Kitchen is well stocked for those that plan on cooking. House has a small yard that includes a fire pit with 4 chairs which is great for chilly winter nights. We checked in with the property manager once and he was very quick to respond to us which was appreciated. One thing to note, the house is less than a mile from Main Street, however, portions of the route do not have sidewalk so it's best to drive.... which is faster any way! We would definitely stay here again!
