Entering the home awaits a quant sitting area open to the dining room. The kitchen has metal counters and original painted cabinets. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The den is spacious with a gorgeous stone wood burning fireplace. There is private parking off the street behind gates. Whole-house backup generator ensures continued comfort in the event of power outage.

Max 4 cars. Driveway primary parking. 3 tandem spots. Park only in front of house. No parking in front of neighbors or driveways.

Per City of Fbg str rules quiet hours 10 pm- 7 am. We are a dark sky community please turn all lights off at night when done outside.
