The Evans Ranch - 140
The Evans Ranch is conveniently located on a corner lot, one block from the clubhouse and all its amenities. The view is spectacular from either deck, with four Adirondack chairs on the upper level for lounging and a table and couch on the lower for outdoor dining. The gorgeous naked pine-paneled interior has ample sleeping room for a large group, or extra space for a smaller one. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a spacious loft that contains three queen sized beds. With 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room featuring an electric fireplace, this tiny getaway has all the comforts of a full-sized home!
