Cyclismo - Suite 3 | Great Backyard

Two luxury suites are available in this turn of the century Victorian Home located just two blocks south of Main Street, and overlooks Barons Creek. Shopping, restaurants and churches are within easy walking distance. As you can tell by the name of the home, your host is a cycling enthusiasts and even offer bike storage to his guests. The suites are decorated elegantly and with a modern flair. Your host has collected much of the art work and decorator items through the years of travel.

Downstairs (Suite 3)
A comfortable living room offers comfy leather loveseat placed to enjoy the flat screen television. A table for two with a marble top is also found in this room that doubles as a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is furnished for cooking with range/oven , large refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker.

Premium luxury linens are found under the elegant comforter topping the queen bed in the bedroom. Your host has provided a quality pillow top mattress for your sleeping comfort. Also in the bedroom is a small dressing table and mirror and plenty of places to store your clothes. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Just outside the bedroom is a private deck, which overlooks Barons Creek and the beautiful gardens which are your host's passion.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.

Nice cozy and convenient!

Perfect for me and my husband in a great location ! Loved the back porch overlooking Baron's Creek , so peaceful . Our host Frank was so hospitable and helpful ! We intend to return !

Walk to downtown but quite and peaceful

Great location close to downtown. Easy walk to shops and restaurants - Texas Sunrise for breakfast is great! There’s a creek behind the property and we saw a deer feeding early in the morning. Great place to stay.

We love this place. It’s a little escape, a hideaway away from home. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and restaurants with live music. This is our second stay here and it was, again, great. High points are walkability to Main St. and wonderful back porch overlooking creek with lots of deer! Good to talk with owner and to see Bug, his cat.

Easy walking distance to the Wine Festival and the downtown area. There is a very nice breakfast place about 5 minutes away. The property was well appointed and equipped. Great backyard area which was very relaxing.

Beautiful home, beautiful setting!

This is a beautiful home with a lovely view of the creek. It is well equipped and maintained and Frank is an awesome host! The location is only 2 blocks from Main Street and an easy walk. We look forward to our next stay there!

Great Visit!

The unit was very well appointed, comfortable, and cozily furnished. The bathroom even had a heater and there was a vast variety of snacks. We enjoyed the local flora and fauna from the back porch, which was so relaxing. The host was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend visiting Cyclismo 3!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful time! The owner thought of everything and was so nice. The house is a perfect location, so close to Main Street. The back porch is great. We watched the hummingbirds at the feeder and the deer at the creek. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

I was in town for a wedding and needed a place where I could come and go with ease. I wanted to be centrally located to the venue and family. This location was perfect for that. Just a couple blocks off Main and easy to get in and out. Note that you have to park on the street. That was not a problem for me but it might be for some.

Awesome Place!!!!

This was my wife and I's first time in Fredricksburg. We came for my niece's weddinig. The location is absolutely fantastic. Main street is a couple blocks away with all the shopping and restaurants. Just down the street is a wonderful antique store. Frank is awesome too, by the way.

Everything included and More!!

This place had everything we needed and more!! The owner literally had anything a person would need if they were away from home- from hair pins in the bathroom cabinet to coffee filters in the kitchen. This is the most efficiently equipped and “homey” feel we’ve ever experienced!!!

Eclectic little spot

We enjoyed our stay here - great location and back deck was wonderful. One thing we noticed was a stale musty odor when we walked in. This was alleviated when windows were opened. Comfortable bed. Would prefer less clutter but certainly did not lack personality.

Best Place to Stay in Fredericksburg

My husband and I have been to Fredericksburg many times in the past years, and I always find a location to stay using VRBO. This was the first time we have stayed at Cyclismo and this place was by far the best place we have stayed. It is walking distance to town so you don't have to worry about parking when you visit downtown. The place was beautiful, clean, and having a full kitchen was so wonderful, so you don't have to worry about eating every meal out. You are also one block from a "super" HEB. Frank, our host,was super nice and gracious. Going forward when we plan a trip to Fredericksburg, we will stay at Cyclismo!
