This charming retreat features a cozy queen-size bed, inviting you to unwind in an atmosphere of timeless elegance. The ensuite bathroom offers a luxurious jacuzzi tub—perfect for soaking after a day of exploring. Guests can also enjoy the shared spaces of the home, including a bright and airy parlor with a wood-burning fireplace and a living room impeccably decorated with period antiques. Relax on the covered porch, where rocking chairs invite you to savor a quiet morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. With the owners living on-site, you’ll experience warm hospitality in this truly special home.

This home offers two bedroom suites for rent, each with its own private entrance and bathroom. Only the main entrance, downstairs living room, and parlor are shared between guests.

Please note: The friendly owners live onsite in the back part of the home and are happy to offer local tips while respecting your privacy throughout your stay.

-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.


Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
