Really cute and cozy cabin, conveniently located near enough to Main Street while far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful and relaxing. Location is a bit odd and confusing to find. The host emailed very clear directions near check in time - but as we were driving, we didn’t get the info until we parked confused.

It was good. We are over 60 adults and felt that the jacuzzi should have had safety bars and a non slip mat. Separate shower would have been nice. Bed was very uncomfortable. Needs safety rails on the steps. Everything else was good.

Loved the old-world charm of the cabin. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was inside and the privacy. The only thing I would change is to place a sign on a post noting the reserved spot. When we returned the lot was almost full and our spot was taken. I dropped my husband off who has mobility issues and then had to park in an available spot further down until the vehicle finally left that evening.

Disturbing layout and terrible communication

The address we received the day prior to arrival, is a Mr Gattis Pizza rest parking lot. We called the 24 hour check in as we couldnt find the property. We received a text an hour later that our contact was her sons baseball game and just saw our call. Upon entering the renwe discovered the tiolet was literally in the middle of the bedroom. No door, just a shower fashioned with an inappropriate sign over the space that read Outhouse. This is truly the most uncomfortable experience I've had with my wife. The fact that it was not disclosed more appropriately that there was no bathroom, but simply a toilet in the middle of the bedroom with a shower curtain, is bad Manners given the expense of renting a unit with absolute charm. I then complained, with a text informing the email that I received that we were leaving a day early, and we didn't get a response. I followed up with another complaint several days later and got a response that I would be contacted within 24 hours. That was March 7th, a week ago. And still no response. I rented from absolute charm three times in the past and not had an issue, but this was an unacceptable situation and very poor management and follow up. Anin fact, the
