We stayed here for an extended weekend as a family of 10 and had a great time. The house is very cute and the backyard is really nice but there were some issues with our stay...
We did not receive check-in information (keypad combo, Wi-Fi password, etc.) from the host prior to arriving but when we reached out there was a quick response.
The electronic lock on the front door did not work for us, so thankfully there was a backup key we could use. It looked like none of the kitchen items (pots, pans, plates, etc.) were washed (caked-on food, lipstick marks, etc) and we couldn't get the dishwasher to work consistently. We appreciated that the stove had directions on how to use it because we would have never figured it out.
There is no real way to lock the separate building unless you are inside of it. This was a huge inconvenience as our guests did not feel comfortable leaving their belongings in the room while we were gone all day.
The front yard needs some work. There is a very large dead tree with branches hanging down at eye level. This is very dangerous and we had 3 people almost take out an eye at night.
The neighbors clearly do not like that this is a short-term rental. The neighbor across the street has no parking signs up and the neighbor next door complained about us being in the backyard and quickly went inside.
