You can't go wrong with this place. The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. We stay here every quarter for wine pick-up.

We had a lovely time and felt so welcome and so well treated. I really want to stress out how amazing everybody was. It was a joy to meet and greet and interact with every single member of the staff, from the owner to the breakfast lady to Bob the cat.

location of property is what makes this a nice stay and friendliness of staff too. Needs updating to eliminate mold seen around base boards and musty smell some of our traveling friends will no longer stay there from impact in allergies and mold.

Friendly staff; responsive to requests; clean room; most especially assigned us a lower level double queen with 1 rollaway bed; 2nd level would be difficult for my friend who is limited in her mobility. Parking was good on our end; excellent service by staff on deluxe continental breakfast.

This is an older property but it was in very good shape. The room, a family room, was very spacious with a dinning table and sitting area. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was standard fare that you find in most hotels. Overall very convenient access to the shopping area. Would definitely stay again.

We stay here anytime we come to Fredericksburg. It’s a very brief walk to the shops and restaurants. In fact, there are two restaurants directly across the street. The lobby always has coffee and cookies for guests and the breakfast (7-10) is good. Staff is awesome and so accommodating to your needs. Certainly not our last stay!
