Enjoying staying just steps from the center of downtown Fredericksburg. This newly remodeled private 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the heart of the Historic District. The Ressman home is conveniently laid out and spacious which is perfect for groups, friends, families and Bachelorettes. Enjoy grilling, Soaking in the hot tub, sitting in the courtyard with wine or just enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Perfect for extended stays with washer and dryer provided and a full kitchen!

Perfect Fredericksburg gathering place!

Excellent Location & House

6 of us stayed here, it was a great location. Only a 2 minute walk to main street, very clean house, and PLENTY of room to play games and hang out in the main living area. We used the hot tub, it was very clean and perfect temp!

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for our friends getaway weekend. There were 8 of us and plenty of space for all of us. The house was conveniently located a few blocks off main street which made it the perfect location. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was great. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. The beds were so comfortable. The only negative was the back shower tub~ we could only get the hand held to work for shower.

Beautiful and Amazing Location

The Ressman Haus was absolutely beautiful! The place was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. The king beds slept wonderfully and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The front porch was so inviting for coffee in the mornings and the back patio with the hot tub area were perfect for evenings of relaxation with our glasses of wine! It was only about a 2-3 block walk to Main Street and the Fredericksburg Park. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing Fredericksburg experience!

Beautifully decorated in an on-trend style, this home offers comfort, space, and an amazing walkable location to the center of Fredericksburg. We loved staying here!

Beautiful property so close to Main St.

We loved this property. Easy check in and check out. Newly renovated with modern furnishings and 4 king beds! The hot tub was clean and new, we enjoyed spending time in it on a cold February night. Will stay there again!
