This beautiful, centrally located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has it all: the comforts of home, the convenience of modern updates, and the charm of old Fredericksburg. Amenities in the home include a king-size primary suite with ensuite bath, full kitchen, flatscreen TVs in each bedroom, Keurig coffee maker, outdoor seating area with a grill & fire-pit, and more!

Located in an idyllic neighborhood close to downtown, this home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath. Each bedroom is fitted with a flatscreen TV.

The open floor plan of the living area makes this home ideal for families and couples. Two large, overstuffed couches are featured in the main living area, and are complemented by a 65" flatscreen TV. In the kitchen, the stainless steel appliances and island seating make the perfect setting for family dinners or wine with friends. Additionally, there is a fully outfitted coffee station complete with a Keurig machine and a traditional drip coffee-pot, ideal for the bean-enthusiast!

Outside is a large backyard with enough seating for the whole family. The covered outdoor area features a grill and conversation seating. In the yard is a private fire-pit with Adirondack chairs and yard games, all arranged under the shade of an oak tree. Also outside is a spacious private drive.

PLEASE NOTE: There are security cameras onsite. There is one camera monitoring the driveway and one camera monitoring the side yard/gate. There is no footage stored and no audio.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We loved our stay!

Decorated beautifully, clean, well stocked. First time in Fredericksburg, once we got our bearings the rental was close to downtown, restaurants and anywhere else we wanted to go. Very cute outside space as well.

Perfect getaway rental house

Great house for a sister getaway weekend. Easy location, very clean and well stocked, and the outdoor area in the back is perfect for relaxing after a day at the Vineyards.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the fire pit in the back along with the dart board in the covered area outside. House was all updated inside. Look forward to staying there again when we are back in town.

Fun weekend getaway

This home had everything we needed for a fun couples weekend away. The kitchen & living room were perfect for snacking and board games. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was nice that each room had its own bathroom. It was close to town, yet quiet. Would definitely stay again.

This was great house just as charming as pictured! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit every morning and evening. The only thing missing was hangers in the closet! We would stay again!

Charming

The Rosemary was charming, clean, comfortable and quiet. It was perfect for three adults coming in to enjoy wine tasting, shopping and relaxation. We cooked our meals to save a little money and the kitchen and outdoor space was perfect for our cooking needs. I would stay again!!!

Girls Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect. We really enjoyed the backyard and taking walks in the neighborhood. Love that the house is clean, with no clutter and very little checkout instructions. Would totally book again if we returned to Fredericksburg.

Great place to kick back between outings

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rosemary and it's many amenities. We took full advantage of the kitchen where we easily were able to cook a full dinner and a couple of breakfasts. The couch is comfortable and great for cuddling while watching a movie after a day out. We also enjoyed eating dinner out back while playing a couple rounds of darts and cornhole. The place is comfortable, clean, secure, and filled with wonderful small details. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Fredericksburg.

Adorable & Charming

The house is perfect for a couple or for two couples. It is immaculate inside and out. Everything you might need is provided in the kitchen and the baths. The couches and the beds were very comfortable . And the whole house has the latest designer style and very updated kitchen and baths. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

This home was the perect location for dowtown Fredricksburg. It was beautifully decorated very very clean and all the beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable. It has a great outside are unfortunately the weather did not permit us to use it much. I would definitely recommend this to all my family and freinds.

Perfect location and cute home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Rosemary home. It has very nice rooms with their own bath. It would be nice if the second bedroom had a headboard about 3 feet high so the pillows did not fall off the back. The master shower is easy to use because it is level with the floor. The kitchen has new appliances and well stocked. Everything was very clean . The backyard is equipped with chairs and games. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect little house for weekend getaway!

Check in was easy. House was clean and set up nicely with just about everything we needed for a long weekend. Charming little house and location was perfect for getting to/from Main Street in Fredericksburg. Only recommendation I would have is to add an electronic lock to the back door as well as the front. With the driveway, it’s logic to park closer to the back of the house than the front. Just means walking around to the front, but a rear electronic lock would add another layer of convenience. We will definitely be using Absolute Charm again for our Fredericksburg trips in the future!

Cozy, clean, convenient

The house appeared as pictured in the listing. Beds were comfortable and back yard was nice to hang out in. We played darts and a corn hole type game with bean bags. It was a nice private yard that was quiet most of the time. We used the barbeque grill one evening. The house was missing a few things that are usually included in a short term rental: 1. not one box of kleenex/tissue in the house. 2. The drapes in both bedrooms do not keep out the morning sunrise, very bright with these large windows so no sleeping in once the sun comes up. 3.The spices were stale and old so bring your own if you plan to cook anything.

Cute Place

We had a fun stay. Unfortunately the yard had not been recently mowed so the grass was very tall & thick, as well as multiple small limbs in front & back yard in multiple places. In both bedrooms, shades or blinds would be nice. The curtains do not provide enough coverage with the large windows, The first night the bed in the guest room broke, it was 11:30 pm sp we did not call emergency number & friend slept on couch (which was comfy) but fan in living room did not work, I sent a message via app & called next am. Thankfully 2 really nice maintenance guys came to fix bed & replace fan. Overall cute home, but it was frustrating to have the issues we did. Also not in best part of town but is quiet.

Very Good

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and so nice to have the games outside for our 15 year old grandson. You might however send instructions before a stay as to how to operate the keyless entry. We had never seen one before. I called the number provided and I still have not received a return call, email or text. We needed to leave fairly soon after our arrival and we actually had to leave the back door unlocked while we were gone. It took my husband awhile to figure it out after we returned. My husband also called to report one of the light strands in the back yard fell sometime during the night on Friday night. Otherwise everything went fine.
