The house was just perfect for couples. The living arrangements were clean and comfortable. The back porch facing the burbling brook was super cozy during the morning and afternoon but the music playing from some of the nearby bars made it a little less enjoyable at night. The hot tub and spacious bathtub were a joy but be aware that the shower is outside under a pecan tree so falling nuts may be an issue depending on the season. All in all, this was a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking to visit Fredericksburg (especially if you’re wanting someplace that’s walking distance to all the bars and shops) and my wife and I would definitely stay here again if we were to ever come back on another trip.
