Located just 7 short blocks from Main, The Wine Spot sits minutes away from the best restaurants, wineries and attractions making it the perfect place to gather with friends and family. Nestled on a quiet street and completely remodeled, this charming, pet friendly home has a large, fully fenced backyard, a covered patio with ample seating and a brand new Hot Tub. The Wine Spot is the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring the beautiful Hill Country.
The space
The Wine Spot is a completely renovated, stylish, spacious home located on a beautiful corner lot with mature trees and a fully fenced backyard.

The den features a Roku Smart TV that comes with a Fubo subscription courtesy of The Wine Spot. Feel free to use other streaming services with your subscriptions and enjoy watching from the large comfy sectional. Take advantage of the electric fireplace for those colder Hill Country nights!

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, cookware, bakeware, and all major appliances apart from a dishwasher.

Our 3BR/2BA home has 2 king beds and 1 queen bed with TVs in each room. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. The hall bathroom has both a tub and shower.

The backyard is spacious, lovely and fully fenced. Feel free to enjoy the oversized patio with your morning coffee or in the evening after a day of exploring. Our large, brand new hot tub is up and running and ready for you to enjoy as well! Your fur baby is welcome at The Wine Spot. We simply asked that you clean up after your pet and we provide the supplies to do so!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage and the storage shed in the backyard.
Other things to note
The Wine Spot is pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night (plus taxes) and 2 pets MAX with a 35 lb weight limit. The pet fee is not automatically included in the total and will be added after the booking is confirmed. Please bring a crate for your pet and crate in your absence from the house. Please scoop the poop before you leave so our next guests can enjoy the beautiful back yard upon arrival. (Supplies are provided.) As a pet owner, you agree to be responsible for any damages including but not limited to, urinating on rugs or furniture and damages by chewing or scratching furniture or other structures. No cats, please. Thank you!
