Do not book this property. Total scam. Host should not be allowed to advertise on VRBO. Arrived at property to find people living in it, and had been for last two months according to next door neighbor. Very difficult to get in touch with host. Almost at stage of contacting non emergency police just to get documentation. Spouse was able to get representative of VRBO on phone who tried to email host to no avail. VRBO did refund our money, but really had no explanation as to how this could happen. Again, strongly discourage booking this property unless you are prepared to be scammed.

Our host did not communicate with us whatsoever about how to enter the property prior to our stay. They did not allow us access to the property. After contacting support we were able to get the hosts phone number, and after calling multiple times she finally answered and said she didn’t know we were coming (the booking was confirmed over a week prior). She said the property was not ready for guests to stay. She said she didn’t want us sleeping on the street and that if we really needed to stay we could but it wasn’t clean and we would have to share the property with her family. I declined because that is not what I paid for. Very unprofessional behavior.
