About this property
Unique hilltop home with amazing views and close to Main Street; with Pickleball
- Get the best of both worlds! Enjoy a 3/3 new home situated on a beautiful hill overlooking the hill country, but still be close enough to Main Street to easily enjoy the numerous shops, galleries, and bars/restaurants. After the hustle and bustle of Main Street, relax on your quiet front porch and watch an incredible sunset view over the hill country. Or step into the oak grove located south of the house and sit in a hammock chair with a favorite cocktail. Hammocks and hangers in pantry.
The first floor of the guesthouse has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and each includes en suite bathrooms. The top floor is accessed by an outside entry, and is a large room with a king bed and en suite bathroom. This house is perfect for a couples getaway.
The house is equipped with a full kitchen with all new appliances. The washing machine and dryer are full sized units.
Activities: Pickleball court, 4 paddles and balls are available during daylight hours. Popular indoor games provided. Deer, jackrabbits, foxes, roadrunners, birds abound in area. Explore the hill or go for a 2 mile walk into town.
New Weber propane grill at house for a lovely “night in”. Also, a small charcoal grill is available.
