Lovely home

I had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely home. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. Each room featured a beautiful view of the private back yard. I found it very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for both universities, shopping, and the downtown area.

Wonderful rental!

Perfect place for us to spend a night. Our daughter had her own room. Both rooms had super comfortable beds. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Our hosts gave us great restaurant recommendations in Fredericton a short 8 minute drive away. Peaceful and quiet. Easy check in. Place to park in the driveway. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this, modern, comfortable and very roomy rental.

We being 4 ladies stayed there for a night.We were all participants in the Gravelman race it was only 10 min drive to our event .I would recommend this place to stay .We brough air mattress . Not everyone likes sharing a bed . Would be perfect for two couples .Perfect for families too .

Great Experience!

The location is phenomenal! Close to UNB and shopping. Felt safe in a great neighbourhood. This property is in a walk out basement of a home. Your view has large windows onlooking a treed backyard. The beds were comfortable and on opposite side of unit. Huge living room, kitchenette, dining room. The hosts were so responsive and willing to help! A little gem in a beautiful safe neighbourhood.
