Good. Average.

Good room, cramped shower, good bed. Very clean, everything in pristine condition. Sad lack of amenities. Good breakfast though coffee is terrible. Service sometimes too robotic and cold.

Unfortunately very hot in the room and no ventilation and very small bathroom. Also "queensize bed" is apperently two beds pushed together. The staff was nice and helpful but the room was not what we expected.

Happy with my stay. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms are cosy and bathrooms a decent size. The place feels welcoming and is not outdated. Plenty of seating within the dining room and a good amount of space within the reception area. Rooms and bathrooms have heating. My room had a window that opened. Solo traveller and stayed in the most simple, standard room.

- Negatives: Das Frühstück (Eier, Pfannkuchen) war jeden Tag kalt. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig (und etwas in die Kahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung). Leider hat man ein leises aber andauerndes Brummen auf dem Zimmer gehört. - Positiv: Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet bis auf die Temperatur sonst ausreichend (es gibt größere Buffets, aber wir hätten nicht mehr gewollt). Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schlafsofa relativ bequem. Kostenloser Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel.

Das 'Badezimmer' - besser die Nasszelle - ist extrem klein und hat zu wenig Ablage-/Aufhängvorrichtungen für 2 Personen. Eine Ablage und 2 weitere Haken wären sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer mit Aussicht in den Hof war okay.

Med tanke på at det var et 3stjerners hotell,var det mer enn godkjent. Noe mangler var der, men ikke nevneverdig. Altså, hvis man ønsker å finne feil, er det jo bare å bruke lupe. Maten var ok +, hyggelig betjening, gratis parkering, og beliggenhet var superb! Kommer mer enn gjerne igjen til neste år 😌

No ventilation, no sleep

This hotel have no ventilation at all. After a normal danish summer day (23°) it was incredibly hot and really bad air in the room all night, making it impossible to get any sleep. As a nights sleep is the very product expected to be provided by a hotel I tried to get compensation, zero luck on that one. Must say the hotel staff was very nice, however the leadership was not at all helpful and showed no understanding for the fact they failed to provide the basic service. With well above a thousand hotel nights around the world, this was one of the very worst. The lack of ventilation also gave a soggy smell in the room. A broken toilet seat didn’t help the overall impression either. Booking this hotel ended up a quite expensive misstake. We had to find another hotel for our second night in Fredrikshavn.

Överlag jättenöjd. Det enda var att rummet var väldigt varmt så det gick inte att sova! Ingen ventilation förutom i badrummet. Olidligt. Mittenfönstret gick att öppna helt. Höger var låst och vänster var gardinen i vägen. Bra frukost och rent och fräscht!

2 henkilön huoneessa 160 cm leveä sänky. Aivan liian pieni. Yhdelle hlölle sänky olisi ollut oikein mukava. Wc/suihku oli melkein yhtä hyvä kuin Viking Linen hytissä. Kesäkelillä huone aivan liian kuuma. Kuvat huoneista eivät vastanneet todellisuutta.

Bra vistelse överlag. Dock ett stort minus att rummen inte hade kylskåp eller ac. Framförallt ac var väldigt saknat på rummet när det var varmt ute och barnen fick svårt att sova trots öppna fönster.

- utcheckning vid 10 - ingen ac, så rummet var otroligt varmt. - smutsigt badrum - frukosten stängde en halvtimma innan det som stod både på informationen och det som personalen i incheckningen sa. - slitet rum + centralt + frukosten ingick, även om den var stängd. Hade inte tagit samma hotell igen.

Bodde två nätter och det räckte. Toa/Dusch på rummet var liten och trång samt ganska slitet. Städningen kunde varit betydligt bättre gjord. Frukosten var helt okej men det fylldes inte på när det tog slut, framförallt det varma. Man kan t.ex. inte lägga fram fem stekta ägg när det är fullt i matsalen. Frukosten serverades i en mycket varm matsal, kändes som det saknades ventilation. Även rummet var varmt och det kändes som ventilationen var undermålig.
