"Check in was very easy, our rooms were ready upon arrival. The front desk receptionist (Veronica, I think was her name) was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was somewhat small but the overall space was nice. Having a microwave and refrigerator (mini) was so useful. The room was cold and the beds comfortable. I slept well every night of my stay. Breakfast is not included however, the restaurant is very cheap, delicious, and filling. Food does take a while to come out though, it’s definitely not a grab and go place. The hotel is in walking distance of a lot of restaurants as well. Overall, my stay here pretty great. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This is a great place with high speed internet, which I needed for my work. My only two complaints, which they can easily address are a) they should heat the hot tub, and b) they should have some sort of shower curtain available. The open concept/rainfall shower head concept is super cool and cool looking, but I like to have a bit of privacy just in case. Overall amazing service, good (at the bar), and facilities—it’s a gorgeous place. The prices are definitely fair compared to other places on the island.I absolutely love the comfortable bed and pillows! The mini bar was a nice option, as well. I will definitely return to The Fred for my monthly work trips!! "

"We got an oceanfront room with a beautiful view of ocean and and maybe 50ft walk to the beach. We enjoyed staff, food, and the amazing beach frontage that was all sand and coral! We snorkled everyday in front of hotel and saw lots of colorful fish, starfish and on our last full day we got to spend some time with a sea turtle passing through while snorkeling! We will be back to Sandcastle on the beach for sure!!"
