AC was not working and had a fan on a stand sitting in room. Was stuffy because the weather was warm outside. The safe didn’t work could not lock. The breakfast is ver nice with a nice variety of food and overall hotel Is clean and quiet at night. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Greit opphold

Kom til Fredrikstad for 1 natt på hotell med mannen. Et dobbeltrom. Finnes desverre ikke aircondition på dette hotellet. Dette stod det lapp om i resepsjonen, så de hadde ordnet bordvifter til rommene. Dette fungerte sånn middels, så ble ikke en kjempegod natts søvn. Savnet kjøleskap på rommet. Isbitmaskinen i gangen fungerte heller ikke. Hadde vært greit å kunne ha noe kaldt å drikke når det var såpass varmt. Frokosten var derimot veldig bra. Godt utvalg, ryddig, rent, og driftige ansatte som ryddet bordene kjapt. Alt i alt et greit opphold. Aircondation og kjøleskap hadde gjort oppholdet bedre :) Parkering var rett under hotellet, og rimelig i forholdt til andre plasser, så dette var topp!

Parkering 250 kr, ingen AC, ikke noen minibar til å kjøle ned drikke og ikke noe treningsrom i bygget. Man kan finne noe bedre.

Varme værelser = ingen søvn.

Værelser er uden aircondition og ingen mulighed for at ventilere da vinduet kun kunne åbnes i hak. Alt for varmt og meget lidt søvn vi fik. !! Man havde ventilatorer til udlån men de få de havde var alle revet væk. Det kan ikke komme bag på hotellet at der kan være varmt om sommeren… vi skriver 2025. Det var ikke pengene værd og en dårlig oplevelse. Et hotels fornemste opgave er vel at sikre en god nats søvn.

Bästa läge. Rymliga och fräscha rum med bra sängar. God frukost. Saknade air condition men det avhjälptes med fläkt och öppet fönster. Trevlig takbar. Ankom 1 tim och 15 minuter innan incheckning klockan 15.00 och erbjöds möjlighet för 125 kronor att checka in. Vi avböjde.

Fint og greit, med rom for forbedring.

Hotellet har fin beliggenhet og ser fint og fresht ut ved første øyekast. Mye er bra, f.eks god service, greie senger, ok bad. Men en del ting er dessverre "off". F.eks rengjøring av teppet på rommet; fant negleklipp med mer på det. Wifi dekning dårlig og ustabil (rom 7. etasje). Hårføner defekt. Uerfarne ansatte i baren (8.etasje) gjorde sitt beste, men de ansvarlige passet ikke på, så det skjedde mye rart. Fikk ikke det man bestilte, tull med betaling, kjente ikke navnet på drinker i menyen, osv. Frokostbuffen var bra, men en del rart der også; t-skjeer til å forsyne seg med frokostblanding, kaffemaskin som var tom eller ga feilmeldinger, ingen vanlig svart te, kjøleskap merket "100% vegan" inneholdt laktosefri kumelk, osv.
