"The room was very nice looking and up to date. The only complaint is the floor turned our feet black and we had to pretty much wear shoes the entire time inside. Other than a good mopping the place was clean."

"Great location in very private, quiet cove. Water at dock shallow enough to stand up in. House was clean and open floor plan. Lots of counter space. Really enjoyed the screened in porch and easy walk down to the dock. Would definitely rent this house again for our family of six."

"I had an amazing experience at this Slice of Heaven. The neighborhood is very quiet and serene. The house is extremely inviting and comfortable with lots of extra touches from the hosts. "We’ve been coming to Lake Gaston for many many years but this was a first at this house. It was by far the most beautiful and comfortable house we have ever rented. House was very well stocked for cooking. Plenty of space for storage and lounging. Our only complaint was the water space off the dock ..."
