The Mark at Surfside, Apt. 10

This is a fully remodeled spacious studio unit. Located upstairs, this open room features a comfortable queen bed and a futon for additional seating or sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your convenience.

For your dining needs, there is a small kitchenette equipped with a coffee pot and filters (please bring your own favorite coffee grounds), toaster, microwave, mini refrigerator, and dishes.

Stay connected with the smart TV with fire stick and Wi-Fi included in your stay. Outside, you'll find chairs and a small table for your personal use, and a shared outdoor area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for some outdoor fun. Just remember to bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you plan to use the grills.

Our location is convenient with restaurants, a convenience store, and a liquor store nearby. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, less than a block from the property! Leave your vehicle in one of our two shared parking lots and spend your day at the beach or purchase a Surfside Beach permit from local stores to drive your vehicle onto the beach.

*The Village of Surfside has always had issues with its water. It has a bit of an off color, odor and flavor. We have installed a filtration system to help with this and the water is safe for use, but it doesn't fully remove these issues. Please look to bring bottled water if this will be an issue so that you have access to it.*

Great Affordable Stay on the Coast

The Mark at Surfside was an awesome stay for my little family. Very clean, a comfortable bed, and accommodating kitchen supplies. Just a short walk to the beach and several beachfront restaurant options.

I loved this little condo. So comfortable and just a few minutes to the beach. The owner was very responsive and respectful. My only complaint is that it is right on the road and there were some loud neighbors from time to time, but otherwise everything was great!

Mom and daughter beach getaway

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a girls beach weekend. The bed was very comfortable, pictures are exactly how the property looked, and it was a short walk to the beach. The perfect place to stay for a laid back beach vacation for just the two of us.

Wonderful place to stay in Surfside!

When we stay for just a couple nights we’ve always used the hotel in Surfside but we came across Coral Cove and we may never go back to the hotel! Coral Cove is newly renovated and is super clean and so nice! Marcus was very quick to answer any questions about staying an extra night. We are so glad we found Coral Cove!

This was a fantastic spot! Perfect for a family of 3! Beautifully decorated and super clean! Only a few minutes to walk to the beach… so close that you can hear the waves crashing! Host was very prompt with communication and extremely helpful and friendly! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never judge a book by its cover. The exterior, while well kept, was quite mundane. The apartment, however, was a wonderful surprise. Modern, clean, cozy, and very well supplied. The only issue was an issue with the door lock, but it took very little time to be resolved. Great place.

Great getaway spot

This place was great for our girls getaway weekend. It was so cutely decorated. It had everything we needed. The host was prompt with responding to any questions we had and even checked in to see if everything was going ok. It was within walking distance of the beach and very close to a car beach access point. Just a really great place for a getaway for a couple or small group. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for next years trip!

Property was welcoming to pets. Property did not overlook the ocean but was in walking distance to the beach. The room was spacious and clean. The host reasoned to our concerns promptly. The AC was of and the room was hour. The grounds keeper was sent ASAP and everthing was fixed immediately. Great customer service!

Just what we needed

My husband and I needed a quick get away to relax after a long week and our stay was just what we needed. Our room was very clean and decorated nicely. We were a short walk to the beach and only a short drive to the public beach. My communication with the owner was pleasant and he helped me extend our stay with ease. I will definitely stay here again.
