This island canal home provides beautiful views and amazing sunsets!

  • Beautiful, quite neighborhood provides a great get away from everyday life. Bring your boat or fish right of your own private dock, only minutes from the beach, Cold Pass and San Luis Pass. The property currently has underwater green and above water white spot lighting for dockside night fishing, a crab trap and crab net. The area is well equipped for boating and other water activities. Subject to availability, there is a lifted 6 person gas powered golf cart for an additional charge through this platform of $125 per day and damage responsibility. Guests can bring their own cart or rent from local rental companies. Ample covered and driveway parking is available at the home. Public beach parking is available at the beach entrance.

There is not curbside trash pickup in the subdivision. The guest need take all of their trash to the community dumpsters at the subdivision entry on China Clipper. There are bags at the kitchen sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
