Pristine white sand beachfront condo in Freeport, Grand Bahama. New Owners.

  • Wonderful 2BR/2BA 4th floor unit with views of beach and pool in quiet condo complex. Recently renovated. Amazing white sand beach right out front. Laroc beach bar next door has pub fare, daily specials and lots of tropical drinks. Grocery and liquor store and great selection of restaurants and bars within 2.5 km. Port Lucaya Marketplace is 2 km away with many local vendors and restaurants. Many other lovely beaches within a short drive. Unit has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and water filter, a comfortable living area with Roku TV, and dining area overlooking pool and Caribbean. Principal has comfortable King and ensuite while second BR has 2 twins that can convert to a king depending on guest needs. Unit has 3 AC units: one in each bedroom and one in main living area.
