Très bel appartement, très bien situé (juste un peu bruyant). Proche de la lagune et des différents commerces et restaurants. Le logement est très fonctionnel et l'hôte fait preuve de petites attentions très appréciées. Un superbe séjour !

Nicht geeignet für ruhigen Urlaub mit frischer Luft

Das Appartement liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße neben einem leer stehenden Supermarkt. Parkplatz direkt davor. Auf dem kleinen Sitzplatz zwischen Wohnung und Hecke ist es nicht schön, da recht laut. Die Wohnung verfügt lediglich über 1 (!) kleines Kippfenster über der Tür; also KEIN Fenster im Bad und Schlafzimmer. Frische Luft bekommt man nur, wenn man die Türe öffnet, was zu Lärm führt und nachts nicht möglich ist. Das W-LAN funktioniert nur sehr schlecht! WhatsApp-Videoanrufe sind nicht möglich. Da der Hausmeister, in dessen Wohnung der Router steht, nach eigener Aussage kein Internet benutzt, merkt er auch nicht, wenn der Router abstürzt. Er ist aber sehr hilfsbereit! Eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort gab es faktisch nicht. Sie wollte zwar am 3. Tag nach unserer Anreise um 12:00 Uhr kommen, kam aber nicht - ohne weitere Nachricht. Lediglich die Reinigungskraft kam vorbei und fragte, ob wir die optionale Reinigung für 30 € haben wollten, was wir gemacht haben. Wir können diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen und werden hier nicht wieder Urlaub machen!

Nous sommes ravis de cette location le studio est bien situé, meublé avec goût l’équipement est au top rien de manque. En ce qui concerne l’accueil nous avons apprécié l’accueil et les explications de Gonrad qui est toujours disponible. La propriétaire est super sympa également nous repasserons par là si Nous revenons en Bretagne

Saubere, kleine, sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung. Perfekt für zwei Personen. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort spricht sehr gut Englisch, so das die Kommunikation kein Problem ist, seh´lbst wenn man nur schlecht Französisch spricht. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder. Clean, small, very centrally located apartment. Perfect for two people. The on-site contact person speaks English very well, so communication is not a problem, even if you speak poor French. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans ce studio avec nos 2 ados. L'emplacement est vraiment top, dans une petite ville animée de bord de mer mais calme et tranquille. Tout est à proximité : randonnées, balades, boutiques, restos, supermarchés ... Le studio est en rez de jardin et possède une place de parking juste devant, très pratique. A l'intérieur, tout est ultra-équipé, limite mieux qu'à la maison. Pas besoin d'emmener vos serviettes, draps ni même produits de base (sel, poivre, produit vaisselle, tablettes lave-vaisselle, éponge ...), tout est là et en quantité et c'est vraiment génial car vous n'avez qu'à poser vos valises ! Vous trouverez même des jeux de société et un BBQ commun. Tout est très propre, joliment aménagé et pratique. La propriétaire est adorable et très agréable et vous accueille avec un grand sourire (oui, ça se distingue sous le masque) et avec un cadeau de bienvenue très touchant. Les nuits sont calmes mais chaudes et c'est le seul bémol que l'on pourrait mentionner car pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et il fait très bon dans les Côtes d'Armor ! Un ventilateur serait appréciable. Sinon, tout était parfait et nous avons adoré notre séjour aux Sables d'or les pins et y serions bien resté plus longtemps.
